Irish cloud, connectivity and security company, Viatel, has today announced a multi-year managed WAN deal with Rigney Dolphin and their sister company Relate Care.
Relate Care, with centers in Waterford and Cleveland OH provide consultancy, clinical services and outsourcing solutions. This year will see the company employ an additional 180 people both here in Ireland and the US bringing employee numbers to over 600.
Working with leading hospital groups across the US relate Care provides a unique mix of contact center expertise and most importantly clinical expertise in the design and delivery of telehealth and clinical programs in the US and Ireland.
The deal sees Viatel partnering with Rigney Dolphin and Relate Care as their primary communications partner. Viatel provide dedicated resilient connectivity and voice solutions to their expanding contact Centers in both Waterford and the US.
