Viatel Technology Group’s Customer Experience at the K Club

Morning Session (10:00 – 12:00)

The day begins with a welcome gathering at 10:00, with some light morning refreshments before James Finglas (Managing Director, Viatel Digital Services) and  Damien McCann (Managing Director, Viatel Communications Services) open proceedings. This will be followed by a concise company update outlining Viatel’s direction and future outlook, along with a customer success story that brings these plans to life through real-world experience.

Midday Transition

Following the morning session, the day moves into a more relaxed pace. Guests who have selected the golf experience will depart directly for the Palmer South Course ahead of their 12:20 tee time, where a packed lunch will be provided to enjoy during play.

Guests taking part in the spa or outdoor activities will instead enjoy a sit-down lunch, served between 12:15 and 14:00, before moving into their chosen afternoon experience.

Afternoon Experiences

• Golf Experience (12:20 tee time) Guests choosing the golf experience will spend the afternoon on the renowned Palmer South Course, enjoying one of Ireland’s most iconic golfing destinations, with a packed lunch and refreshments provided on the course.

• Spa Experience (14:00 start) – Those opting for the spa experience will have time to unwind in The K Club’s luxury facilities, following a relaxed sit-down lunch earlier in the afternoon.

• Clay Pigeon Shooting & Archery (14:00 start) – Guests selecting this option will take part in a guided outdoor activity, led by experienced instructors, offering a fun and engaging way to spend the afternoon, following their sit-down lunch.

Evening Experience (From 18:00 onwards)

The group comes back together in the evening for a drinks reception, providing an opportunity to reconnect in a relaxed setting. This is followed by dinner in the South Bar & Restaurant, before guests enjoy an overnight stay at The K Club. Everything throughout the day has been thoughtfully arranged to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish.
