The deal will see Viatel actively managing the backing up of Interactive Services entire virtual infrastructure to the Viatel FlexiCloud.
Interactive services are an interactive compliance training company who develop bespoke training solutions to improve talent and performance in the workplace. They required a solution which was tailored to their needs, flexible, scalable and gave them peace of mind that their data is being backed up on a regular basis and can be easily restored in the event of an issue arising on their side.
Instead of worrying about rotating and managing tapes or hard disks at an offsite location, their data storage administrators can offload maintenance and management to Viatel. Back-Up-As-A-Service provides no single point of failure.
