I am customers’ first port of call, dealing with incoming queries. I also provide administrative support to our awesome Sales Team, as well as liaising with other departments within Viatel.

My background is in the legal sector, having worked 20+ years as a legal secretary. I made the move to technology in 2020 and never looked back.
What do you love most about working with Viatel?
I love the work-life balance which is priceless and something I never experienced in previous roles.
